30 Days Money Back Guaranteed Policy

We hope you are going to love the product/s you bought. However, if for any reason you wish to return any unopened and unused item you can absolutely do so within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange.
You must have Rossa Line customer account in order to submit any returns. Simply login to your customer account, click on returns and fill in the form explaining why you want to return an item, and wait for our instructions. If you don't have a customer account and you wish to submit a return please Contact Us.
When returning all items must be unopened, all seals intact, unused and in original packaging. Due to hygiene reasons, we will not accept non-faulty items if it is apparent that they have been used, washed, package opened or any seal broken.
Please package all your items safely in the original postal box before returning it to us. We may reject items that got damaged in transit as a result of inappropriate packaging. Keep your proof of postage until we confirm that we have received your package.
Once the unwanted goods are received, your money will be refunded within 10 working days onto the credit/debit card used to pay for the original order (or credited to the PayPal account if paid with PayPal balance). In reality this process is much quicker.
We do not offer free returns. However, we will issue a voucher equivalent to the amount of money you paid for the postage. The voucher will be valid for 1 year and you can use it to get a discount on any products at our online store.
Please Note: If you send an item back to us without letting us know, your item may be lost, and you will not be entitled to a refund or replacement.
We cannot process any refunds/cancellations if a package is in transit.

1 Year Product Guarantee (FAULTY ITEMS)

Our customers' satisfaction matters to us. This is why we offer a 1 year product guarantee.
If the item you purchased from us breaks down within 1 year, you can return it to be fixed or replaced. Contact our Customer Service team for help!
If you have used the product, please clean it thoroughly and place it in the original packaging with all accessories, charging cables, user guides, warranty cards and any other items that were initially included with the product. Otherwise we may not be able to process your return. If upon arrival we discover that the product is not faulty we will return it back to you at your expense.
We do not accept items damaged by accident or misuse. Please read instructions manual for vibrating products, if you are not sure how it works.
